We had a path and back door terrace come ramp designed by Carl and he put so much thought into everything to make it safe and easy for me to use. Kiwi Building and Landscaping Ltd did alterations on my bathroom. They did an incredibel job and I couldn't recommend them more highly. I was absolutely thrilled with the outcome.
We asked Carl and Alan to assist wiht some interior work. They washed & painted our ceilings! Wow! What a huge difference this made. They then removed the wallpaper from our lounge, dining, kitchen areas - that had been painted over - an arduous task that we didn't want to undertake. They also sanded the window frames ready for painting. They did all this with smiles on their faces! Carl and Alan's communication was tops! They were prompt and got on with the job at task with no problem at all. We higly recommend Kiwi Building! Give them a call, no job too small!
We asked Carl to create a landscape design for our newly renovated home and part of this was the sides of our house that we wanted to be trendy, but user friendly. What he produced was not only trendy and user friendly, it completely exceeded our expectations! The paving, plants and garden areas fitted in perfectly with our surroundings!! Carl has a real passion for design & while he has his own ideas, he works in any ideas that you may have to make sure that the final product is perfect for you the client!! We would highly recommend Carl – if you want someone with a professional attitude, passion for what they are doing…then look no further!!!
